Common questions.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

When you install creditOS, you get full access to all features on the Growth plan for 30 days — no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you choose a plan or the app deactivates. No automatic charges.

What counts as an 'active customer'?

An active customer is any B2B customer account that has placed at least one order in the last 12 months and is prioritised for scoring by recency. Starter plan scores the 500 most recently active customers. Growth, Scale, and Enterprise have no cap.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your platform's app dashboard — the Shopify App Store or WooCommerce settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees.

Do I need Shopify Plus for checkout enforcement?

Checkout enforcement and the review queue require Shopify Plus (on Shopify) or a compatible gateway plan (on WooCommerce). Scoring, tier assignment, manual overrides, and the admin dashboard work on any plan across both platforms.

Does creditOS store my customer data?

creditOS reads order and payment data from your store to calculate scores. All data processing happens within your platform's infrastructure — your customer data never leaves your platform's systems.

What happens if I exceed my plan's customer limit?

If your active customer count exceeds your plan limit, you'll receive an in-app notification to upgrade. Existing scores and policies remain active — we don't cut off functionality. You have 7 days to upgrade before new customers stop being scored.
