Why we exist
Shopify made selling easy.
Operating a B2B business is still hard.
Shopify has transformed how merchants sell — storefronts, checkouts, payments, logistics. But the operational layer for B2B commerce is still being cobbled together from spreadsheets, gut instinct, and manual processes.
The merchants we built for — wholesale distributors, B2B resellers, trade suppliers — are running credit decisions on intuition. They're extending net terms based on a hunch, and writing off bad debt they never saw coming.
creditOS is our first answer to this. Not a feature bolt-on, but a genuine intelligence layer: automated scoring, dynamic tier assignment, and checkout enforcement built on each platform's native infrastructure — giving your team granular control over every credit decision.
