Setup

Four steps to connected.

    Download the plugin

    Save mercatoros-woo-latest.zip using the button above. (The plugin is called "MercatorOS for WooCommerce" — it's the shared umbrella plugin, and it ships with the creditOS module activated for your account.)

    Upload and activate

    In WordPress admin: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the zip, then Activate.

  3. 3

    Generate your API key

    In your creditOS dashboard, open Stores → Connect WooCommerce and copy the generated key + secret.

  4. 4

    Paste and save

    Back in WordPress: WooCommerce → MercatorOS, paste the key + secret, Save. Click Test connection — you should see Connection OK ✓.

Troubleshooting

Stuck on install?

API key rejected

Copy the full key (no leading/trailing whitespace). Keys are store-scoped — generate one for this store in the creditOS dashboard.

Health check fails after save

Confirm your WordPress site is reachable over HTTPS and outbound requests to api.mercatoros.com are not blocked by your host firewall.

Plugin won’t activate

Verify WordPress 6.0+, WooCommerce 8.0+, PHP 7.4+. Check Tools → Site Health for the exact activation error.
